All log data stays on your server. Thesseus is a self-hosted platform — nothing is sent to a third-party cloud. The agent ships logs to your own Thesseus instance via HTTPS.
The Thesseus server takes about 5 minutes to deploy. Each Windows agent install takes around 10 minutes. Most teams are seeing live logs within 15–20 minutes of starting.
The Thesseus agent requires 64-bit Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server 2012 R2 and above. Windows 7 and Windows 8 are not supported — the agent relies on Fluent Bit 5.x and Electron 28, both of which require Windows 10+ runtime libraries. Attempting to connect from a Windows 7 machine will result in a TLS timeout, as Windows 7 does not support the TLS 1.2+ required by the Thesseus server.
